Manufacturing Process
In business since 1989, our patented covers and collars are manufactured using state-of-the-art CNC (computer numerically controlled) machinery and a specialized RTM (resin transfer molding) closed molding process. The combination of these two technologies allow us to:
- provide exact tolerance control
- incorporate greater complexity into a single part
- be cost competitive
- be environmentally friendly

What Do We Make?
- Lightweight, high strength to weight ratio composite covers and collars – 1/4 the weight of steel
- A product that ensures there is no galvanic corrosion
- Bolt down system with a variety of materials to accomodate corrosive and chemical environments
- A cover with standard non-skid and UV protection
- H-20 load ratings – engineering certified
- Standard lettering or customized corporate identity and/or warning letters
- Covers with excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical attack
